• 1 1/2 cup boiling water
• 2 3-ounce packages strawberry gelatin (You can get the 6 ounce package)
• 2 cups cold water
• 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened

Directions:

Stir gelatin with boiling water in large bowl for two min until dissolved. Stir in cold water. Add ice cream and stir until smooth. Pour into serving bowls (or one big bowl).

** You can use any flavor Jello you prefer!
