Corn Casserole with Cracker Crumbs

Serves 4-6

ears of corn

  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes.
