Spaghetti Pasta Salad
A Brennan and Lynch favorite!
- 1 pound thin spaghetti, broken into 3-inch pieces
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 medium tomatoes chopped or cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 bunch green onions or red onion
- 1 small bottle Italian dressing
- 1 - 2 cups assorted vegetables, such as broccoli flowerets, sliced carrots, yellow or orange bell peppers strips. ( You can steam veggies for two minutes or so or if you prefer serve in salad raw.)
- 4 Tablespoons Salad Supreme Seasoning
- 3/4 Cup McCormick Salad Toppins (Maggie, I haven't tried these but the new McCormick recipe calls for them.)
Directions:
Serves 6
Ready In: 5 hrs
Cook pasta as directed, Rinse under cold water; drain well. Place pasta in large bowl. Add dressing, Salad Supreme Seasoning, vegetables and 1/2 cup of the Salad Toppins over salad.
